Progress on last week’s schedule

Utility crew installing 24” waterline along the south right of way in waterline easement

Second utility crew cleared waterline easement at FM 3405

Dirt crew embanking and excavating to subgrade along south widening various locations

Pavement repair work took place on Saturday

Began paving operation on west end from Woodland Park to FM 3405

Work began to excavate bore pits for waterline crossings

Utility crew is installing waterline from FM 3405 working east.

Work on waterline bore crossings various locations

Asphalt overlay will take place from FM 3405 to Lakewood Drive North, and Penny Lane to Wildwood intersection. Note: The area from Lakewood Drive North to Penny Lane is not being overlayed because this portion of the roadway is planned to be totally reconstructed.
Look ahead:
Utility Update:
PEC - is substantially complete. Once the agreement is finalized between PEC and Chisholm Trail in 90 days they will be able to complete the placement of the remaining poles.
Suddenlink - is substantially complete. They are waiting on PEC to finalize their relocation efforts and Verizon to removing their existing facilities.
Verizon - is continuing to pull both fiber and copper cables to complete their system from DB Woods to FM 3405. They currently have multiple crews on the project in order to expedite the splicing of their new facilities. Both the Sedro and FM 3405 huts are in the process of being brought on line. Once their work is complete they will begin the removal of their existing facilities.
